Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. We are happy to accept a return only if the product has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged or transport issue. if you get damaged products or open a parcel, it is mandatory to make a parcel opening video without any editing, pause. We can either refund as a store credit in case you want to utilize it at a later point or refund to the source. Without parcel opening video a refund will not be accepted.

Certain products have a no return policy (used toys, books, DIY kits, flashcards, etc.). Discounted products are not eligible for return.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And parcel opening video.

Initiating a return request:

  • Call or Write to us at vrtoys.in@gmail.com.in within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and video and the reason for return. If it is later than this, write to us and let’s work together to see what we can do.
  • We will approve the return request if it is a returnable product. We will provide detailed instructions by email. This will involve minimal hassle to you, we promise.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  F 53, Mig Colony, Rss Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452011.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, we must receive the product in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact. The shipment is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.

Exchange

In case of any issue, we encourage you to place a new order for the required product and return the original product for a refund

Return

In case of a return, the refund will be processed only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.

You can get store credit for the same value of the returned product. This can be redeemed in full value on the website.

For COD returns, funds will be refunded only to your store account. You may choose to apply these funds at checkout at the time of placing your next order with us.
